Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new position? Join my clients' dynamic and growing team in the property investment industry! We are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent individual to provide essential support to our clients' thriving office.

Duties:

  • Process application forms and follow up with clients for outstanding documentation
  • Ensure all documentation is compliant and meets the company's high standards
  • Enter information accurately into the internal database system, Salesforce
  • Send information packs to clients promptly
  • Answering calls and queries from clients quickly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate filing systems
  • Assist the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Occasionally attending meetings in the London office

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
  • Confident, self-driven individual
  • Advanced Excel skills
