Assure Personnel are pleased to be working with a fantastic client based in the Colchester area, to recruit for a Sales Project Manager/ Coordinator.This role will primarily focus on Ventilation Systems products by assisting with and coordinating interactions with customers and internal teams. You will support the sales team and customers to ensure that orders and quotations are processed promptly, and shipments reach customers on time.Key Responsibilities:
- Processing sales contract orders and managing call-off schedules in line with customer requirements, addressing queries promptly via telephone and email, and using CRM software to track and progress cases.
- Supporting customers and the sales team with technical quotation requests in coordination with the design team.
- Close collaboration with sales managers, design team, production planning, procurement, and dispatch teams.
- Providing data and demand reporting for S&OP, order processing, financial (credit control, payment terms, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and mitigate company risk.
- Minimising customer open resolution levels in CRM, addressing them efficiently, and keeping information up to date.
- Cooperating with colleagues, sharing information, and working across business segments to maximise sales opportunities.
- Demonstrating the importance of customer service, reputation enhancement, and striving for exemplary performance.
- Always maintaining a professional approach with both colleagues and customers - prioritising and allocating tasks with a customer-first mentality.
- Performing other miscellaneous duties as requested by management.
