Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage talent development initiatives, focusing on competency frameworks, performance management, talent profiling, and succession planning.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive competency matrix for all roles, reflecting both general personal effectiveness, leadership, and role-specific skills.

  • Coordinate the performance management process to ensure alignment with business objectives and individual growth, facilitating meaningful performance conversations and using data insights to identify trends and development opportunities.

  • Create and implement talent profiling tools to track employee competencies, career aspirations, and development needs, recommending tailored learning paths and organisational development initiatives.

  • Lead a robust succession planning strategy for critical roles, creating internal talent pipelines and personalised development plans to prepare future leaders.

  • Partner with L&D stakeholders to identify and deliver impactful development programmes and training initiatives.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on talent metrics, including competency assessments, performance reviews, and succession planning outcomes, driving continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Talent Management, with a strong understanding of competency frameworks and performance management.

  • A collaborative, strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Passionate about creating a positive learning culture that empowers employees and supports business growth.
