Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Trainee Mortgage Advisor for a nationally recognized Estate Agency in Braintree.
The role requires a minimum of CeMAP level 1 and offers a basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £35,000 - £45,000.
Successful candidates will receive leads from the Estate Agency team and enjoy strong commission structures and progression opportunities.
Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays and a lieu day provided.
Candidates must possess a full UK driving license and demonstrate a drive to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.

We are currently looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our clients, a nationally recognised Estate Agency in their Braintree office.

Therefore, a minimum of CeMAP level 1 will be required for this role and is a really strong opportunity if you’re looking to kick-start your career or join a nationally recognised brand.

The position will be based in Braintree with leads provided by the Estate Agency team.

The successful Trainee Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

Working hours:

Full Time

Trainee Mortgage Advisor requirements:

Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
CeMap 1 qualification
Full UK Driving license.

Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
Chasing potential leads and generating new business
Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
