Mortgage and Protection Advisor - Essex
Basic Salary £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience), OTE £60,000 .
Due to their continued growth, our client is looking for a CeMAP qualified Mortgage and Protection advisor to join their team based in Essex.
Duties will include:
- Collaborating closely with your clients to qualify and provide the most appropriate solutions for their mortgaging requirements, additionally you will also provide guidance on a variety of protection products.
- As an independent mortgage broker, you will have an ability to build your book up over time, developing long standing relationships with your clients and supporting them through any future re-mortgaging needs.
- Prompt management and ownership of the direct web lead enquiries / social media contacts, which has been a growing part of the business.
- Holding appointments with your clients via a combination of telephone calls and video conference.
- Hosting webinars with prospective clients and providing market insights, as such you must be confident with technology and public speaking.
- Overseeing the LinkedIn account in conjunction with our Marketing Department
Essential Requirements:
- CeMap qualified is an essential prerequisite.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport and understand your clients needs.

Hours of Work:
Full Time - Monday to Saturday from 08:30 to 18:00 with a set day off during the week.
