In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent within the white-collar sector.
Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to the company's success.
