About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Braintree, Essex. In this full-cycle recruitment role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing and placement. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of connecting top talent with leading organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients within the commercial sector, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their recruitment needs.?
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships.?
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to attract and recruit high-calibre candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.?
  • Interview Coordination: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.?
  • Placement and Onboarding: Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for successful candidates.?
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.?

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with at least 5 years Commercial 360 experience.
  • Must drive and have own transport. Regular client meetings face to face and happy to pick up the phone and contact lapsed and new clients.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of securing new clients and achieving sales targets.?
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with clients and candidates alike.?
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.?
  • In-depth understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.?
