What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for client’s post-installation, ensuring their systems are running at peak performance.
  • Get hands-on by diagnosing and solving issues within your designated geographical area.
  • Work with engineering and customer service teams to resolve client concerns efficiently and deliver the best service possible.
  • Document recurring issues and provide feedback to improve our products, driving innovation.
  • Help clients understand how to use and maintain their systems to ensure long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • HNC/HND or a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Proven track record in technical support or engineering, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, technical aptitude, and proficiency with diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the designated area to meet client needs.
