Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team in Chelmsford. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in managing warehouse operations while supporting the technical team in delivering high quality solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee daily activities, from inventory management to shipping and receiving, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Work closely with the technical team to help facilitate product testing, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and lead warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and efficiency are top priorities.
  • Develop and maintain effective systems to track and manage stock levels, keeping things organised and running like clockwork.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and ensure seamless operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle any challenges that come your way.
  • Forklift Licence and Health & Safety Certificate are essential.
