As an Administrator, you'll play a vital role in the business' operations by handling a variety of administration tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Duties

  • Liaising with both clients and the engineering team to schedule and plan upcoming projects.
  • Responding swiftly to urgent requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinating and managing the engineers' diaries to optimise their time.
  • Ensuring our team is well-equipped by processing parts orders and hiring equipment efficiently.
  • Keeping track of job progress by processing, opening and closing down jobs, ensuring all tasks are completed and properly documented.
  • Maintain accurate records on the company CRM system to support our operational excellence.
