Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Account Manager on behalf of our client based in Braintree, on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers primarily within the promotional industry. This role involves overseeing client relationships, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with Sales & Operational departments and attend national tradeshows.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts within the promotional industry.
  • Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Attend national tradeshows to engage with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to project and product development, influencing the company's product strategy.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on account performance and market trends.

Experience, Education & Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of at least 4 years of account management experience, preferably within the promotional industry.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel nationally for tradeshows and to the headquarters periodically.
