Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Account Manager on behalf of our client based in Braintree, on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers primarily within the promotional industry. This role involves overseeing client relationships, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with Sales & Operational departments and attend national tradeshows.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts within the promotional industry.
- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Attend national tradeshows to engage with clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to project and product development, influencing the company's product strategy.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on account performance and market trends.
Experience, Education & Qualifications:
- A proven track record of at least 4 years of account management experience, preferably within the promotional industry.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to travel nationally for tradeshows and to the headquarters periodically.
