A client of ours in the Kelvedon area are recruiting a Business Development Executive to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying 25,000 - 28,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively generate leads and convert them into active accounts
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage potential customers
  • Follow up on new business opportunities and arrange meetings
  • Perform credit checks using internal systems
  • Contact potential customers via email, providing introduction letters and proposals
  • Accurately input and update all relevant data on our bespoke company system
  • Generate reports to track pipeline status and sales performance
  • Present monthly sales results to management
  • Manage general administrative tasks as required
  • Carry out additional duties as requested by management

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Business Development Executive position:

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record of generating new business
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet targets
  • Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • A proactive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach to sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Due to the office location, own transport is required
