- Act as a trusted advisor to the HR Director, providing expert guidance on HR strategies and solutions.
- Lead and implement people-focused initiatives that align with organisational objectives.
- Support organisational change and development programs, ensuring effective communication and engagement with employees.
- Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
- Demonstrable experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a fast-paced or change-oriented environment.
- A strong understanding of employment law and best practices in HR management.
- Experience in leading projects or change management initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
