Are you an experienced and adaptable HR professional looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a talented part time Interim HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis commencing January 2025 for a fixed term 12 month basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a mission-driven organisation in the private sector.  The role will work 3 days per week or 4 shorter days and will be focused on a variety of projects.  Key Responsibilities:As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the HR Director, providing expert guidance on HR strategies and solutions.
  • Lead and implement people-focused initiatives that align with organisational objectives.
  • Support organisational change and development programs, ensuring effective communication and engagement with employees.
  • Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
About You:The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven HR professional with the ability to influence at all levels. You will bring:
  • Demonstrable experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally in a fast-paced or change-oriented environment.
  • A strong understanding of employment law and best practices in HR management.
  • Experience in leading projects or change management initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
