Responsibilities:

?? Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
?? Assist in inventory control to optimise stock levels and minimise discrepancies.
?? Ensure all subordinates are equipped with proper safety attire for their protection.
?? Prepare and manage the smooth transfer of stock to and from stores.
?? Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 passionate warehouse associates.
?? Utilise Warehouse Management Systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
?? Forklift licence preferred to handle equipment safely.
Requirements:
?? Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics role.
?? Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
?? Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems.
?? Reliable transportation as driving is required due to the rural location.
