The Role

We are searching for a highly skilled and driven Demand Planner to play a key role in creating accurate demand forecasts. You will be part of an ambitious team shaping supply chain operations and supporting a five-year growth plan that promises innovation and impact. This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where your forecasting expertise will help optimise production, balance supply and demand, and drive sustainable efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Create precise demand forecasts using data analysis, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to integrate promotions, product launches, and seasonal variations.
  • Prepare comprehensive demand planning reports for senior leadership.
  • Develop production schedules that maximise output while meeting customer demand.
  • Streamline inventory management to ensure the availability of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Support short-, medium--, and long-term planning for producing raw materials and finished goods.
  • Assist in supplier evaluations and cost negotiations for raw materials and packaging.
  • Collaborate on sustainability initiatives and ensure full product traceability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • CIPS certification is a bonus!

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or forecasting.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, or Sage X3, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and Reflex.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling, procurement, and inventory management.
  • A proactive problem solver with a mindset for continuous improvement and process optimisation.
