Strategy Education are the preferred supplier of ECTs to an outstandingMulti Academy Trust with schools throughout East London and Essex. We are already actively recruiting for one of their Essex schools who are looking for an ECT of English to join them for the new academic year. The successful candidate will be required to teach across key stages 3 and 4 and for the right candidate, there could be the opportunity o teach at A Level..

The lead school of the academy is rated Outstanding and within the trust they have systems and mentors in place to ensure full support is given during the ECT pathway and beyond. The trust pride themselves on their outstanding status and are looking for trainee teachers who are striving to become outstanding practitioners.

All contracts are permanent, you will be employed directly by the school and paid in line with Teachers Pay and Conditions.

The successful candidate will be based in Essex, will have a relevant undergraduate degree and will be subject to a variety of checks including, eligibility to work in the UK an enhanced DBS and full references including one from your most recent teaching placement.
