- Servicing clients, understanding their requirements, challenges, and expectations - adding value wherever ppossible
- Sourcing candidates, building relationships within your social networks
- Advertising all roles on job boards and the company website
- Running your own individual marketing campaign to attract top talent and referrals
- Developing new and existing business, building long-lasting relationships with key client contacts.
Requirements:As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
- Will be educated to a degree standard or be able to demonstrate a level of commitment and resilience.
- Will have a commercial awareness and be driven by results.
- Will have a can-do positive attitude and a desire to continue their own personal and professional development.
