Working with Wickman CNC and BSA lathes, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating 3-axis, CNC Six Spindle and Cam Six Spindle Lathes to produce high-precision componentsKey responsibilities:路 Programming, setting, and operating Wickman CNC and BSA Cam lathe machines路 Working with tight tolerances and high-spec materials路 Ensuring all parts meet strict quality and performance standards路 Reading and interpreting engineering drawings路 Collaborating with engineers and quality inspectors to maintain precision and efficiency路 Maintaining machines and ensuring a safe and clean working environmentKey Skills:路 Proven experience as CNC Turner - Setter/Operator路 Strong knowledge of 3-axis, CNC, Cam lathe advantageous but not essential路 Ability to work independently and as part of a team路 High attention to detail and commitment to qualityWe will consider skills transfer from grinding or milling to CNC turning.Hours of Work: Rotating early and late shiftEarliesMonday - Thursday: 6.00am - 14:30pmFriday: 6.00am - 13:30pm (39 per week).LatesMonday - Thursday: 14:00pm - 22:30pmFriday: 13:00pm - 20:30pm (39 hours per week).
