We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Qualified Teacher to join our dedicated team at schools in Braintree. This role is perfect for an individual who has a strong commitment to supporting students with Special Educational Needs, helping them to reach their full potential. As an SEN Qualified Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive environment for students who may face a variety of learning challenges.

In the position of SEN Qualified Teacher, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of each student, ensuring their academic, social, and emotional growth. The ideal candidate will be a patient, adaptable, and resourceful SEN Qualified Teacher who can inspire students and work closely with parents, colleagues, and support staff to create a cohesive approach to learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student progress.
  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and development.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents, SEN coordinators, and other staff to provide comprehensive support for each student.
