The client
Working for a global business, you will provide administrative support to their existing customer base.
This is a great role for an experienced Administrator to join them initially on a temporary basis but likely to convert to permanent for the right candidate.
The role
- Processing spare part orders for existing customer
- Raising quotes for both new and existing customers
- Providing administrative support for other departments
- Organising parts for different jobs
- Process and track customer orders to ensure on time delivery
- Ensuring all goods in and out are updated on the system
- Liaising with national and international suppliers
- General administration
- Handling inbound calls and emails
The candidate
- Previous experience in an administration/ customer service role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Great attention to detail
- Happy to work independently but also within a team
- Available to start ASAP
