I am working with a growing business who are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead their account management team and the commercial growth within this department.Responsibilities:As the Head of Commercial, you will:
- Oversee and drive departmental growth through customer experience, KPI’s and SLA’s
- Attend client meetings and schedule account reviews to maintain high service levels
- Negotiate on contracts and commercial terms, while working cross functionally within the business
- Lead a team of Account Managers, inclusive of one-to-one’s, appraisals and performance standards
Requirements:As the Head of Commercial, you will need:
- Proven track record of up selling and cross selling within existing accounts, ideally within supply chain, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing or similar
- At least 2 years’ experience of leading a team
- Thrive in a fast-paced customer driven environment
- Strong communication skills across verbal and written channels
Benefits:As the Head of Commercial, you will get:
- A salary of up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
