I am working with a growing business who are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead their account management team and the commercial growth within this department.Responsibilities:As the Head of Commercial, you will:

  • Oversee and drive departmental growth through customer experience, KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Attend client meetings and schedule account reviews to maintain high service levels
  • Negotiate on contracts and commercial terms, while working cross functionally within the business
  • Lead a team of Account Managers, inclusive of one-to-one’s, appraisals and performance standards

Requirements:As the Head of Commercial, you will need:

  • Proven track record of up selling and cross selling within existing accounts, ideally within supply chain, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing or similar
  • At least 2 years’ experience of leading a team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced customer driven environment
  • Strong communication skills across verbal and written channels
