A renowned secondary school within the London Borough of Hounslow are looking for a dedicated and dependable School Facilities Assistant to become a part of their site facilities team.

The role requires a rotating shift pattern. Earlies and lates. 40 hour week.

Duties will include:

Opening and closing the school premises
Ensuring the security of the school buildings and grounds
Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work as required.
Regular monitoring and inspection of the school premises
Ensuring the cleanliness of the school
Reporting any health and safety issues to the Site Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a facilities or caretaking role.
Basic maintenance and DIY skills.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Willingness to work a shift pattern.
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
