This is an immediate start role and offers a competitive salary of £24,000 plus an excellent commission structure offering up to £28,000 per year!

As the successful Inbound Customer Service Administrator, you will:

  • Answer calls from clients and arrange appointments with the company’s field-based team to boost company growth.
  • Adapt your approach to different clients and lead sources.
  • Follow up calls within expected timeframes and organising call-backs.
  • Organising leads and diary information efficiently and effectively while maintaining accurate records.
  • Represent the company professionally and highlight their benefits leading to an increase in appointments booked!

As the successful Inbound Customer Service Administrator, you should have:

  • Excellent telephone manners.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Relevant computer skills.
  • A positive team player attitude.

Hours & Salary

  • Monday to Friday - 8:45am to 5:00pm or 9:45am to 6:00pm.
  • Alternate Saturdays - 9:00am - 1:15pm.
  • Equivalent to 37.5 hours per week.
  • Basic salary up to £24,000 depending on experience.
  • Commission £3,000 to £7,000 depending on performance.
