If this sounds like you, Ribbons & Reeves may have the perfect role for you! We are currently working with a school in Hounslow who are on the hunt for a well-established Behaviour Mentor to join their team from September 2024.

What this role will look like...

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working with challenging pupils who find school life a difficulty. These pupils tend to display disruptive behaviour both in class and around the school, often have difficulty regulating their emotions, and need support to get their schooling journey back on track. You will be expected to provide a 'firm-but-fair' approach, offer them a safe space, and use your personable & resilient character to support them in achieving well both behaviourally and academically by getting to the root of their behaviour.

This Behaviour Mentor role will also give you the opportunity to liaise with members of SLT and the SENDCo, as well as a number of professionals such as Educational Psychologists.


***£600 per week | Paid via PAYE on a weekly basis

***Prior experience working with challenging pupils strongly desired

***Suitable for candidates with at least a 2:1in a Psychology-based Degree

***September 2024 start until July 2025
