  • Benchmark salaries for hires, job changes, and reviews.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyse market data.
  • Maintain company job architecture and salary ranges.
  • Ensure internal equity and compliance with equal pay standards.
  • Deliver annual pay reviews, bonus processes, and reports.
  • Manage compensation data and audits in Workday.
  • Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency regulations.
  • Support payroll, benefits, and ad-hoc projects
