Benchmark salaries for hires, job changes, and reviews.
Participate in compensation surveys and analyse market data.
Maintain company job architecture and salary ranges.
Ensure internal equity and compliance with equal pay standards.
Deliver annual pay reviews, bonus processes, and reports.
Manage compensation data and audits in Workday.
Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency regulations.
Support payroll, benefits, and ad-hoc projects
