New urgent role working with a major UK residential developer on a high rise 400+ unit scheme in West London.

Applicants need to have previously delivered brickwork/aluminium panel packages and also must be strong in managing Quality assurance/paperwork.

This role will be interviewing immediately with a view to start asap.

The role:

  • Management of sub contractors and trades
  • Overseeing and document all ITPs, QA, handover documentation for client approval
  • Good IT skills and be able to use Word emails
  • Experience in working with construction programmes and highlighting delays
  • Must be able to chair site meetings with design team and subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets
  • Ideally have come from a degree qualified/technical background
  • Good communication skills and able to work as part of a larger team
  • A good appreciation for quality driven process
  • Previously worked on a major volume residential developments
  • Experience delivering brickwork/aluminium panel packages
