My client, a vibrant and highly reputable construction company nestled in the heart of West London, is seeking an established and passionate Head Of Sales to join their team.
As the Head Of Sales, this is what the role will entail :
* Develop and implement business development and sales strategies with the focus of driving company growth.
* Research market trends, identify potential clients, and expand our client base.
*Build and maintain relationships with architects, project developers, and industry professionals.
* Managing a small sales team
* Involved in budgeting and forecasting for sales and P&L
Requirements :
*Established in the construction industry
*Experience implementing business development for a company with a minimum of 7 million turnover
Excellent understanding of sales matrix and performance management
*Proven experience of increased revenue
*MBA or higher education in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
