An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Workshop Controller to join our team at our flagship dealership Mercedes-Benz of West London.

Working alongside another workshop controller you will oversee our Team of Technicians and support the front of house Teams within the service department to deliver an outstanding Aftersales experience to our customers. Safety of our colleagues and customers is of highest importance therefore the importance of ensuring we operate a safe working environment is a priority.

You will maximise profitability by driving workshop hours and be responsible for workshop loading, utilisation, efficiency productivity and our Technicians clocked time on each job. The quality of work delivered is of paramount importance and you will be responsible for ensuring that there is a first time resolution for every repair. 

You will be an integral member of the Service Team and deliver an outstanding level of customer service with a clear vision to run an efficient and professional workshop.

This is a full time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you 

We are seeking a technically knowledgeable individual with an uncompromised understanding of the running of a very busy workshop and as such, previous experience in a similar or technical role is essential. 

You will need to be skilled in all aspects of running a team within a high volume prestige workshop. You must possess excellent communication skills and deliver results with enthusiasm and passion. 

Previous experience in this role would be desirable. Ideally, you will have the ability to work in a high pressured environment and have fantastic leadership skills that can drive the team forward to success. You should strive for operational excellence and have a strategic mind-set, whilst ensuring that the customer always comes first.
