Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring vehicles are repaired efficiently and to a high standard.
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians to meet productivity targets and maintain excellent service standards.
- Communicate with customers, keeping them updated on repairs and timescales.
- Collaborate with the parts and service departments to streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the workshop.
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, or a Senior Service Advisor or Technician looking to take the next step in your career.
- Solid understanding of workshop operations and processes.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
