Role Overview:
As a Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Biology across Key Stages 3 to 5. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective schemes of work and assessment strategies
  • Inspire students with a love for Biology and encourage them to pursue the subject beyond school
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities related to Science, such as clubs, trips, or enrichment opportunities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and stimulating curriculum across the Science Department

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Biology or a related subject
