Are you an ambitious hungry Assistant Site Manager seeking a new opportunity within the new build residential sector?

We are partnered with a strong residential contractor to source an Assistant Site Manager to aid in the delivery of a major new build scheme in West London. This is an RC frame development in which you would be overseeing the internal trades and helping getting units snagged and handed over to the client.

Requirements:

  • Experience working for a main contractor / developer overseeing the internal fit-out of residential units
  • Snagging experience
  • Hungry, keen to learn attitude
  • CSCS and SMSTS

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations
  • Help coordinate project activities, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
  • Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Safety Management: Promote and enforce safety protocols on-site, conducting regular safety inspections and training.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and timelines for the Site Manager and stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Assist in managing materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, project progress, and any incidents occurring on-site.
