- Role Purpose:
- As Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and General Management Team (GMT). Acting as a trusted advisor, your role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the GMT and the execution of strategic priorities. You will drive operational excellence, manage decision-making, and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration. You will also support the UK CEO in preparing for internal and external meetings, executive reviews, and partner engagements.
- Your role will be central in ensuring that Business UK continues to drive growth and deliver on its strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse critical business performance data, and provide insights that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the UK CEO and senior leadership, ensuring alignment across the organisation.
- Manage the smooth running of the CEO office, ensuring the CEO is prepared for all meetings, including with the executive leadership team and key partners.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the Vodafone business to ensure UK operations are aligned with broader strategic goals.
- Provide critical insights and data to support business performance and growth.
- Requirements:
- Reporting directly to the UK CEO.
- High level of telecoms and business understanding.
- Ability to work flexibly, motivated to drive business success.
