Office Manager / City of London / Permanent Overview:My client, a leading commodities trading organisation based within the city of London, are currently looking for an Office Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The role will oversee the daily operations within the offices and suit someone with an organised and proactive nature.Role & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations within the offices and ensure efficiency in all processes
  • Handle all office enquiries and assist with visitors attending the offices
  • Manage all office space planning, equipment allocation and assist with office moves
  • Oversee office supplies, procurement and vendor relationships
  • Act as the primary contact for deliveries
  • Assist with internal event organisation and team-building activities
  • Support HR with onboarding and offboarding processes
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years’ experience within a similar Office Manager role
  • Hold some qualifications in Health and Safety
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Proactive, positive mindset (no job is too big or small)
  • Presentable and personable
