- Oversee the daily operations within the offices and ensure efficiency in all processes
- Handle all office enquiries and assist with visitors attending the offices
- Manage all office space planning, equipment allocation and assist with office moves
- Oversee office supplies, procurement and vendor relationships
- Act as the primary contact for deliveries
- Assist with internal event organisation and team-building activities
- Support HR with onboarding and offboarding processes
- 3+ years’ experience within a similar Office Manager role
- Hold some qualifications in Health and Safety
- Advanced communication skills
- Proactive, positive mindset (no job is too big or small)
