Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a ASB Officer to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Middlesex.

What the job will be doing

To conduct specialist investigations incorporating high level legal case preparation and management pursuant to both civil and criminal legislation, in order to fulfil the council statutory responsibilities and duties under
To provide a high profile, frontline, high visibility, proactive and reactive response to all aspects of nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB).
Promote social responsibility, community cohesion and awareness of issues ASB.

What you will need

Good working knowledges of the enforcement measures available to tackle ASB and Hate Crime
A thorough understanding of the relevant legislation relating to ASB and Hate Crime
Practical experience of handling high priority ASB and Hate Crime cases
