Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a ASB Officer to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Middlesex.

What the job will be doing

  • To conduct specialist investigations incorporating high level legal case preparation and management pursuant to both civil and criminal legislation, in order to fulfil the council statutory responsibilities and duties under
  • To provide a high profile, frontline, high visibility, proactive and reactive response to all aspects of nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB).
  • Promote social responsibility, community cohesion and awareness of issues ASB.

What you will need

  • Good working knowledges of the enforcement measures available to tackle ASB and Hate Crime
  • A thorough understanding of the relevant legislation relating to ASB and Hate Crime
  • Practical experience of handling high priority ASB and Hate Crime cases
