Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a People Relationship Advisor for a Local Authority Client based in North London.

In this role, you will provide HR support and guidance, fostering positive employee relationships, driving organisational change, and promoting inclusive, restorative practices to enhance service delivery and engagement.

About the role:You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:

  • Provide advice on employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Manage and support complex HR cases, including employee relations, disputes, and grievances.
  • Lead workforce planning, organisational change, and job evaluations.
  • Foster positive employee relationships, increasing engagement and collaboration.
  • Support the development and delivery of people management policies and guidelines.

About you:The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Experience managing complex HR cases, including employee relations and dispute resolution.
  • Proven track record in supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and job evaluations.
  • Experience promoting inclusive, relational, and restorative HR practices.
  • Experience using data and insights to inform decision-making and HR strategies.

What's on offer:Salary: £25+ph *may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
