Our client is an award-winning firm specialising in architectural design and build and they also provide interior design consultancy services.

Due to company growth, our client is looking to bring in a Project Coordinator to help support project operations. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and providing overall project support.

Position Overview

  • Assist in developing project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and plans.
  • Manage invoices, purchase orders, inventory reports, and other financial documents.
  • Supervise the project procurement process.
  • Assess client needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and timelines.
  • Ensure timely allocation of project resources.
  • Assign tasks to team members and clarify expectations for milestones and deliverables.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the project team and clients throughout the project.
  • Assist in tracking project progress and team performance, providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document discussions, and generate reports.

Position Requirements

  • Familiarity with the architectural design and build industry is a plus, but not required. However, experience in the construction industry is essential.
  • Work well within a team.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Competent with a range of software's.
