- Assist in maintaining and updating company records, databases, and documents as instructed.
- Assist the Business Support Team with their day-to-day duties.
- Deal with helpdesk tickets assigned.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for senior staff as and when required.
- Provide meeting minutes as and when required.
- Support ongoing projects by performing actions required as and when needed such as system testing, data entry etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or senior team members.
- Previous administrative support is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good computer literacy and keyboard skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Attention to details and ability to maintain accuracy in tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and adapt
