Location: This position would require you onsite in Brentwood for the first 6 months. After this the role would become hybrid which would be 2-3 days per week on site.Salary: £23,809Role Purpose:We are looking for a Junior Business Support Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the Business Support department by completing all tasks required. The role include keeping CUE records up to date and accurate, making sure the departments business processes and procedures are adhered to and assist with projects as and when needed.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:
  • Assist in maintaining and updating company records, databases, and documents as instructed.
  • Assist the Business Support Team with their day-to-day duties.
  • Deal with helpdesk tickets assigned.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for senior staff as and when required.
  • Provide meeting minutes as and when required.
Project Assistance:
  • Support ongoing projects by performing actions required as and when needed such as system testing, data entry etc.
General Support:
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or senior team members.
Must have:
  • Previous administrative support is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy and keyboard skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to details and ability to maintain accuracy in tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt
