Are you a Lettings Administrator looking to join a thriving independent estate agency?

Our client is a respected and successful estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a Branch Coordinator to join their friendly team in Brentwood.

Working days:

As a Lettings Administrator, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

  • Basic salary up to £28,000 
  • Realistic On Target Earnings of £30,000+ OTE (Uncapped)
  • Day off on your birthday

Lettings Administrator requirements:

  • Experience in lettings in essential, Either in Lettings, Property Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Highly organised and confident

The role of a Lettings Administrator will involve the following:

  • Coordinating all the administration tasks throughout the department
  • Conduct lettings duties when needed. Typically via telephone.
  • Handle incoming enquires
  • Providing updates and solutions.
  • Manage compliance checks
