Part Time Administrator required to work on a temporary basis, Monday - Friday, 9am - 2.30pm term time only.
Duties:
- Helpdesk support (raising jobs but not allocating)
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Collating reports
- Maintaining the contractor register
- Letters of assurance
- Purchase ledger checks
- Departmental budgets
- Invoice inputting
- Raising and documenting purchase orders
- Assisting with project capital and revenue sheets
- Creating a new digital filing system similar to ISO standard

Experience required:
- Facilities, estate, property admin experience is beneficial
