We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Manager role in Brentwood for a well recognised hire company in the construction hire industry. As Internal Sales Manager, you will help create, train, develop and lead the Internal Sales & Lead Generation Team for the business.Job Title: Internal Sales ManagerLocation: BrentwoodSalary: £70K + bonus + excellent benefitsMain duties:

  • Recruit, train, develop and lead suitable candidates to be successful within a new proactive sales & lean generation team.
  • Champion the use of CRM and an effective sales process to qualify leads and ensure that all project and customer opportunities are known and followed through.
  • Manage incoming calls from customers for information requests.
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers to agree and execute proactive small and prospective customer outbound call campaigns to generate new appointment leads for Sales Engineers.
  • Visit key customers with Key Account Manager/Sales Manager or Sales Engineers as required. WHY? SE role. Perhaps part of development plans / IDP’s.
  • Support with customer events
  • Ongoing improvement to CRM & Support the processing of sales orders.
