Customer Service Coordinator required to join a busy, fast-moving team, focused on handling engineers' queries and issues, scheduling works to be carried out, in what is a fast-paced environment. The salary will be £24,000.
Hours of work will alternate each week, 8:00am - 4:00pm OR 12:00pm - 8:00pm.5 days on 3 days off, rolling Monday through to Sunday.
This role requires an individual who is organised, with strong communication skills, and not someone easily phased.
Duties:
- Answering incoming calls, resolving Engineers queries and issues
- Making outbound calls to chase and schedule engineers work
- Liaising with customers at site to arrange engineers works and to provide updates
- Follow company protocol in resolving all issues
- Collating information for invoices
- Scheduling engineers works
- Working to strict SLA's and KPI's

Experience:
