Technical Sales and Customer Service Role
I am looking for someone to work within a sales, customer service team to provide technical expertise, guidance, and high standards of customer service in all areas. Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and clear telephone manner. Minimum 2 years experience is essential. You will be dealing with key clients and have an interest in production and manufacturing.

- Assist the sales team technically, working with Sales and Estimating, in accurately quoting our clients as and when required. Ensuring we are charging the correct price in terms of getting the maximum margin from the quote without risk of losing the order. This will involve technical review of the customers enquiry and artwork (when possible) to search for potential issues at this early stage.
- Provide high level technical communication with customers to ensure the service provided is best in industry and customer has total confidence in what is offered.
- Liaise with Admin to ensure the smooth transition of information from quote to order. Ensuring we have thought about the job correctly both technically and commercially. Also making sure we are administrating the job in the most efficient manner.
- Confidently be able to quote and raise orders as and when needed.
- Investigate customer NCR’s with a view to providing best corrective actions working with technical team.
- Where necessary checking the orders going from admin to planning to ensure the job has been processed correctly and the information is accurate.
