Streetworks Coordinator

Streetworks Coordinator required to join an established and busy team. Salary is between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. Hours of work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm and 8:30am - 5:30pm on a rota basis, with one weekend to be work a month, paid at time and a half, bringing the yearly take home salary to £32,807 - £38,229.

Duties:

• Streetworks Coordinator will ensure the closure of permits within a 2hr window
• Responsible for permit extensions
• Permits for defects/interim to perm works requested
• Registration of all jobs, ensuring outstanding works are recorded and monitored
• Report and monitor of defect inspections
• Liability reporting and actioning, run reports
• Ensure all SLAs are met

Experience required:

• Previous streetworks experience is essential
• NRSWA experience desirable
• Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remaining calm under pressure
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
