Prime Appointments have an amazing opportunity for an Associate Electrical Design Engineer to join a fast growing building services consultancy based in Brentwood.
As a result of a major surge in projects our client is looking for an Associate Engineer to join them in a client facing position within a range of different sectors. This includes Retail, High-end Residential and Large commercial fit-out projects.
As an Associate Electrical Design Engineer, you will be required to:
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budgets, and deadlines.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior and senior engineers, designers, and technicians, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project life cycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
