About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Handler to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, and providing high-quality service to our clients. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, handling renewals, adjustments, and claims, and maintaining strong partnerships with insurers and underwriters.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators while ensuring full FCA compliance.
- Provide expert advice and outstanding service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Manage new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and premium financing arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and professional documentation in line with company and FCA guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, FCA regulations, and data protection laws.
- Identify opportunities for professional development and contribute to training and competence initiatives.
- Experience in commercial insurance.
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
