An exciting opportunity has arisen for Validation Coordinator join our team on Full Time and Permanent basis in our Brentwood Office.
As a Validation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful closure of telecom projects by conducting rigorous work closure checks and validations.
You will collaborate closely with field teams, supervisors, and project managers to verify that work has been completed to the highest standards and is fully compliant with client specifications and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible to:
- Perform detailed work closure checks on completed projects to ensure compliance with client and company standards.
- Validate work documentation, including photographs, and quality assurance paperwork.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet required specifications before final sign-off and invoicing.
- Liaise with site teams and supervisors to rectify any identified issues or discrepancies in project completion.
- Track and report on validation statuses, highlighting any delays or challenges to project management teams.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization in validation and work closure.
- Coordinate with both Morrison Telecom Services and Avonline Networks to ensure alignment of validation procedures across divisions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in telecoms, utilities, or construction sectors, particularly in work closure or project validation.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to validation and documentation.
- Proficient in the use of project management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
