Job Title: Estimator (Commercial Flooring)
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (Depending on Experience)

Job Role: We are seeking an experienced Estimator who can play a vital role in our busy and expanding team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Gather proposals, blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications.
- Accurately measure and draw up well-presented plans.
- Produce detailed bill of quantities.
- Generate accurate costings for projects.
- Complete tender documents and submit accordingly.
- Work on multiple tenders and quotations simultaneously.
- Liaise with clients to ensure all requirements are met.
- Review sub-contractors and source competitive pricing from suppliers.
- Handle telephone inquiries and written correspondence related to estimates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Levels or equivalent.
- Computer literate with a good understanding of all Microsoft programs.
- Articulate and numerate.
- Minimum of 3 years estimating experience.
- Ability to accurately measure.
